THE SURF & TURF

Ingredients

3 Largre Prawns peeled

& devained leaving the head on

3 Mushrooms thinely sliced

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

6oz white wine

2 tablespoons sweet chilli

1 teaspoon lemon grass or schwartz herbs

1/2 diced red pepper 

1 small diced spring oniou

1 tablespoon olive oil

METHOD

To make the sauce, pan fry mushrooms,onions,peppers ,

prawns with the olive oil for a minute then add herbs & wine.

When reduced add tomatoes, sweet chilli stir constantly

on low heat.

Pan fry the steak to suit your taste, when ready add your sauce

to the plate, place your steak on top then add your prawns.
