HIBACHI TUNA with a TERIYAKI & HERB Jus
1/2 cup teriyaki
150gm tuna loin
finely chopped carrots,onions,
5gm grated ginger
1/2 cup ske or wine (white)
1 teaspoon of sugar
10gm fresh chilli
Fry chopped veg. with little oil in a frying pan, add teriyaki
& white wine and slowly simmer,add ginger, chilli & sugar.
Seal tuna steak all round for a minute, remove & rest....cut
into thick slices.
Pour sauce into plate then place tuna on top.
